Australian Skilled Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) allows skilled workers to live and work in regional or low-population growth metropolitan areas of Australia for up to four years.

Required points to be eligible for 491 visa, you need to meet the following criteria:

1. You need to get nomination from region or a relative.
2. Need to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
3. age should be under 45 years.
4. Need to have a competent English
5. Need to have a good health and character
6. Need to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
7. Need to receive an EOI nomination invitation email in response.

Getting a minimum scores of 65 points is the eligibility criteria to be invited for the application process.
